After using HANDS OFF a residue of moisturiser will remain on the hands. Users simply rub this into their hands for approximatley 20 seconds, and can continue to work, eliminating the discomfort of dry hands. The HANDS OFF moisturiser will be evident for several minutes after use, and in the long term will maintain healthier hands.
